Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your NEWLIFE set must:
Be unworn and unused
Be unwashed
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in its original packaging
Be free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of wear
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
